As soon as we arrive Steve made us feel so welcome. He even phoned the local pub and reserved a table for us. The room was a good size with lots of little extras such as a fridge and fruit that was a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. Breakfast was delicious with a fantastic choice and plentiful. We will certainly be returning.
As an airbnb host myself I appreciated Steve's hard work to be as accommodating as he was. Steve put a lot of effort into making my stay as comfortable as possible providing me with everything I wanted. My room was well stocked and of a generous size with en-suite. Booked a 2 night stay here. Had never been before. Steve greeted us at the door and helped with our luggage. We were shown to our room which was a little on the small side but nice nonetheless. Unfortunately after the first night my wife(who is 8 months pregnant) had a terrible sleep as the bed was too small... We mentioned it to steve and without hesitation he upgraded us to the biggest room with an ensuite bathroom luxury double bed with no extra charge. I was most pleased with his hospitality and how he went out of his way to make sure my wife was comfortable. He cooked us a lovely breakfast as well and even said we could Come sit in his lounge and watch sky if we wanted! Was very nice to have a host who seemed like he genuinely cared about his guests experience and went out of his way to do what he could to help. Will definitely return after my wife has the baby!
